Q2: When I run the mediaplayer, it seems to me that sound effects don't work. Any ideas?

A: The problem is that DirectX driver is old (program requires DirectX version 8 or higher installed in your system). So sound effects except flanger are disabled. But all other mediaplayer's functions using DirectX will operate properly. To download the latest version of DirectX, click here.


Q3: I get an WMVCore.dll not found error.

A: This is known to occur on older versions of the Windows Media installation, please install the latest version of the Windows Media Player for your system. To download Windows Media Player, click here.
